Start with a Strength Assessment ($100)

We highly encourage an initial one-on-one session (in-person or virtual) with Dr. Alyssa Ford, DPT and certified strength coach. During this session, you’ll review your goals, complete baseline movement testing, and build a game plan tailored to your body. Alyssa will also help ensure your form is on point so you feel confident and ready to train.

Get Your Custom Program

You’ll receive your personalized program through our easy-to-use training app, which allows you to view workouts, track progress, and communicate asynchronously with Dr. Alyssa for ongoing adjustments.

Prefer more hands-on support? We offer in-person training sessions ($130/hour) in our boutique gym—perfect for refining form and receiving constant feedback in a comfortable, private environment.

Pricing

  • 1 Month of Programming: $250
  • 3+ Months of Programming: $230/month (auto-billed monthly, cancel anytime after 3 months)
  • Combine Strength + Running Coaching: $295/month, or $280/month with a 3+ month commitment
