Pinyon Physical Therapy is a DBA of Mountain Lark Wellness, PLLC. Our clinic is located in the Trolley Healing Hub which is in the Trolley Corners Building (515 South 700 East, SLC UT 84102).

The easiest access is to park in the parking garage and enter on the second floor of the building (follow signs for EOS gym). Once you are on the second floor of the building head to the southwest corner of the building and you will find Trolley Healing Hub. Enter suite 2D and feel free to wait in the waiting room until your practitioner comes to get you!
